Jenni quite rightfully asked about hype and gen Y'ers in a previous discussion. But what do people think is the nost important generation to employers right now? The credit crunch is firmly in place, so which of the generations will be of most use to companies over the next five years? Boomers, X'ers or the Y'ers?
For me it is a choice between the Boomers - who have tremendous knowledge - and the X'ers, who have good experience and (hopefully) still the drive and motivation to achieve.
What do you think? Boomers or gen X'ers or gen Y'ers?
